How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
  • Please note that the purchaser will be responsible for the shipping cost(s) associated with the return.
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.

2. Re-pack your items in it's original box or a recycled box and ship to the below address. Please note that we are a small company and non-defect returns will be covered by the purchaser.

Items must be returned in unworn condition, in their original packaging. Returns received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process (make sure you get a tracking number) will not be accepted and responsibility will be held by the customer.

 

Once the returned product(s) have arrived at our location, we will inspect them and process the refund to you within 48-72 hours.

What if I received the wrong item?

Oh no! We're very much a small family ran business and from time to time, errors may occur. Don't worry about completing the above form, please contact us at hello@leliamae.com and advise you've received the incorrect item & we'll respond immediately with the next steps.

Are there any charges for return?

  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Please allow 3-7 business days for your return to be processed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
