HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?

All orders are shipped out within 3-5 business days, however for Holiday Demand please allow 7-10 days additional for processing.

Once shipped, please allow an additional 7-10 business days to receive your order as an unforeseen event may cause a delay.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? 

We ship world wide. All International orders are shipped via USPS International First Class Mail and can take up to 11-21 business days to receive. (Please keep in mind that COVID can delay the shipping time an additional 7-10 business days.)

Please note that any duties/taxes or fee's associated with shipping are to be covered by the customer.

 

Please be on the lookout for an email confirmation advising once your order has shipped (please be sure to double check the spelling of the email address entered and your spam folder as well).

We appreciate your concern regarding authenticity. However, we would never openly sell items that are not authentic as we put in a lot of time and research to work with a trusted and secure well known source who's been featured in multiple magazine publications and has been in the resale industry for over 10 years.

HOW TO CARE FOR 18K GOLD JEWELRY:

    • Please keep your pieces away and free from excess water and sweat.

    • Make it a habit to remove your gold jewelry before exercising, washing your hands or showering. 

    • Apply perfumes, creams and hair care products before wearing your gold pieces. 

    • Buff any dirt and debris away with a dry clean cloth. To remove excess dirt/debris it's safe to use a clean cloth & rubbing alcohol.

    • To minimize faint scratching from occurring we recommend storing your jewelry in the protective pouch they arrived in.

       

    • Please be cautious with wearing your jewelry within swimming pools or jacuzzi's as the chlorines and other chemicals can damage and discolor metals & erode the finish.

 

CAN I SHOWER WITH MY JEWELRY?

Even though our piece(s) can be worn in water and won't immediately fade or lose its gold coating, over time with daily activities such as showering, applying lotions, and exposure to different perfumes/chemicals overtime can wear at the top gold coating on jewelry which can expose the base metal (sterling silver or brass for our anklets).

 

HOW LONG WILL MY JEWELRY LAST? 

It varies depending on your daily activities and care. Our gold filled pieces can last years with proper care and maintenance, while gold plated options can last 6 months to a year with.

 

CAN I ORDER A CUSTOM PIECE?

At the moment we don't have the resources available to take on custom orders, but it may be something we offer in the future.

 

HELP, I ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM/WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please reach out to us ASAP as our fulfillment team works pretty fast with processing orders. If your order has not been shipped we can cancel your order and send over a confirmation email to confirm.

 

CAN I EDIT MY ORDER ONCE PLACED?

Again, please reach out to us ASAP as our fulfillment team works pretty fast with processing orders. If the order has not been fulfilled we can gladly edit/update your order and send over a confirmation email of the changes.

   

DO YOU RESTOCK PRODUCTS?

We restock most products every 2-3 weeks, don't fret babe. If something you absolutely love has gone out of stock, select the 'Notify me when available' option under the product description to be notified as soon as we restock.

 

WHAT MATERIALS ARE USED?

Our products fall into 2 categories gold filled/vermeil and PVD Gold plated. Our gold plated items are not to be confused with typical thin gold plating, our PVD gold plated pieces are hypoallergenic being constructed from a sterling silver base metal with a top coating of gold finished utilizing a electroplated process to ensure longevity with regular wear.

 

Physical Vapor Deposition, or PVD, is a vacuum coating process that produces a functional finish. PVD utilizes a titanium nitride that provides an extremely durable coating. PVD coatings are more resistant to corrosion from sweat and regular wear than gold plating.

 

Our Gold filled/Gold Vermeil jewelry is hypoallergenic with a base metal of brass and contains no less than 3% of pure gold by weight. 

 

Gold-filled is constructed in two or three layers. The core metal is jewelers’ brass. A gold alloy is then bonded to one or both surfaces of the brass core with heat and pressure.

 

 

CAN I RETURN EARRINGS?

Due to the hygienic nature of earrings, all earrings are FINAL SALE, so please review the item description carefully.

 

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE/RETURN MY JEWELRY?

You can exchange or request to return your item(s) by completing the form in this link here, where you'll be able to pull up the record for your recent order and request which item(s) you'd like to return/exchange.

 

I RECEIVED THE INCORRECT ITEM, WHAT CAN I DO?

We're very much still a small family ran business and sometimes mistakes may occur on our end. Please reach out to us via email at: hello@leliamae.com and we'll be in touch ASAP (24/48 hours) with a response and will forward a shipping label for the incorrect item received and immediately resend the correct the item by creating another order. 

  

WHO PAYS FOR SHIPPING RETURNS?

Change of Mind Returns/Exchanges :

We're a small business so at the moment the purchaser pays the cost of return charges to LELIAMAE, however LELIAMAE will pay for postage on any exchange postage back to the customer.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
 

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET A REFUND?

Please allow 3-7 business days for us to process your return. Once your items have been received by LELIAMAE please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your account. The retrieval of your refund will depend on the period of time your financial institution takes to process the refund. 

 

MY PACKAGE IS MISSING, WHAT'S NEXT?

If your package shows that it has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us at hello@leliamae.com and advise us of the missing package. Next, please file a claim with USPS and we will also file a claim on your behalf and will reach out to keep you updated with the next steps regarding insurance, reshipment etc.

 

WHAT'S THE REFUND PROCESS?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

MY ITEM IS BROKEN/TARNISHING, WHAT CAN I DO?

Please note that Leliamae is not responsible for the maintenance of your jewelry. Your products are protected for 1 year from the original invoice date to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal wear and conditions. If your item is showing signs of immense wear, feel free to contact us and (if available) we can replace the item for you either with a replacement (if available) or gift card if we no longer have it in stock.



I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY REFUND, WHAT CAN I DO?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your credit card company, it may take some time (3-5 business days) before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Next if you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@leliamae.com.



HOW ARE YOUR GIFT CARDS ISSUED?

Please note that during checkout the first email box is where you can enter in the recipients email address for them to receive the gift card. Please double check the spelling of the email to ensure they receive it.
