Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping:
We ship all orders out within 2 business days from the time the order is placed, unless noted otherwise on the product page.
For Holiday Demand please allow 3-5 days additional for processing. Once shipped, please allow 7-10 business days to receive your order as an unforeseen event may cause a delay.
Standard Shipping: Ships via USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE. Delivery is 3-4 business days with USPS tracking. Flat Rate of $7.75
Free Shipping: is provided to all orders over $175. Delivery is 1-3 business days
USPS Priority Mail: Delivery is 1-3 business days with USPS tracking. Shipping cost will be calculated upon checkout.
USPS Priority Mail Express Delivery: is 1-2 days by 5pm except Sundays with USPS tracking. Shipping cost will be calculated upon checkout
UPS Ground Delivery: is 1-5 day with UPS tracking. Shipping costs will be calculated upon checkout
UPS Next Day Air Delivery: is next day by 12pm with UPS tracking. Shipping cost will be calculated upon checkout
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items that may occur during transit, we offer Route as an alternative coverage option during checkout. Thank you for your understanding.
International Shipping:
All International orders are shipped via USPS International First Class Mail and can take up to 11-21 business days to receive. (Please keep in mind that COVID can delay the shipping time an additional 7-10 business days.)
International Custom Fees and Duties
Regardless of the shipping method you choose, international orders may be subjected to local customs duties and taxes that we are not responsible for.
The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the recipient
These duties and taxes are not included in the price of the goods and are not included in the overall shipping cost
We are legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on the international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it
We do not refund shipping costs for customers that reject their packages upon arrival for failure to pay duty fees
