Orders placed from: 11/30 - 12/8. I understand orders placed during this timeframe may show a "IN TRANSIT" status and no tracking update since 12/11.
USPS is currently advising a delay on their end with a shortage of workers/drivers due to COVID but are working hard to get your packages to you.
I truly apologize for the inconvenience with this unforeseen delay & will be monitoring for any movement, trust me I also expected for the orders to arrive before Christmas as we worked super hard to process them ASAP so they can arrive timely.
